The K-Power M0090 analog micro servo is designed for a wide range of applications including RC models, drones, robotics and even industrial equipment . The device is equipped with a metal gearbox, which guarantees its durability and resistance to shock loads at standard supply voltages. It is an ideal choice for controlling payload release systems and yaw mechanisms on lightweight FPV drones where compact size and reliability are important.
-
Metal gearbox. Metal gears provide high strength and resistance to shock loads during hard landings.
-
Optimal speed and effort. Develops torque up to 1.9 kg/cm at a speed of 0.08 seconds at 60 degrees at 6V.
-
Compact micro size. Dimensions of only 22.4 x 12.5 x 22.8 mm make it easy to integrate the servo into the limited space of the drone.
-
Affordable price. A simple analog design and reliable materials make this solution affordable and practical.
-
Versatility of use. Suitable for drones, RC cars, robots, manipulators and other equipment .
Operating principle and design
The K-Power M0090 is a classic analog servo that converts electrical signals from a receiver or flight controller into mechanical movement of an output shaft. It is based on a simple and reliable brushed DC motor. Built-in electronics constantly compare the current position of the shaft with the desired one and supply power to the motor to achieve the desired position. Analog circuitry provides simple and predictable control for a wide range of applications.
A durable metal gearbox guarantees resistance to shock loads that are inevitable during hard landings and active piloting. The body is made of plastic, which helps reduce the total weight of the device to just 13 grams. It is important to note that this servo is not a complete unit, but is a component to be built into models, does not have ball bearings and requires careful handling during installation .
