Operating principle and design features
The 9imod DS35MG servo operates as a high-precision digital device that converts electrical signals from the receiver or flight controller into mechanical movement of the output shaft. It is based on a powerful high-voltage motor that can operate directly from a 2S LiPo battery (8.4 V) without additional stabilizers. The digital control circuit provides high resolution and fast position retention, which is critical for accurate positioning.
The gearbox made of titanium and steel gears with double ball bearings guarantees no backlash and long service life even under extreme loads. The CNC-machined aluminum body not only adds rigidity to the structure, but also turns the body into an efficient heat sink, dissipating heat from the engine and electronics.
