Operating principle and technical details

AIO flight controller is a single control center for the entire microdrone. It continuously processes two streams of information. The built-in ExpressLRS SPI receiver receives commands from the pilot from the console. At the same time, a high-frequency gyroscope tracks the drone’s orientation in space. The new STM32G473 processor analyzes this data at tremendous speed.

Based on this analysis, control signals are calculated. They are instantly sent to the built-in 4-in-1 speed controller (ESC). The ESC supplies precise current to each of the four brushless motors. This creates the required thrust to perform maneuvers. Happymodel CRAZYG473 runs this loop hundreds of times per second. The result is an incredibly responsive and obedient micro-drone.
