Order the Flipsky ESC 75200 pro v2 drone controller - choose extreme power!
Flipsky ESC 75200 pro v2 controller for drone is a professional speed controller for powerful power plants. It is designed to drive brushless motors with extreme currents. This controller is suitable for large quadcopters, high-power aircraft and ground models. You will be able to implement the most ambitious projects that require enormous traction. It's the choice for pilots and engineers who don't compromise on power.
This model is a representative of the class of high-voltage and high-current ESCs. It is built on an advanced element base with efficient cooling. The controller provides smooth control of even the most power-hungry motors. You will have absolute control over the power of your powertrain. Reliability and performance are tested under harsh operating conditions.
-
Extreme rated current 200A for the most powerful motors.
-
High operating voltage up to 12S (up to 50V) for maximum power.
-
Advanced protection system from overheating, overload and short circuit.
-
High-speed control protocols (Dshot, Oneshot, PWM) with low latency.
-
Powerful BEC for powering on-board electronics.
How this powerful speed controller works
The controller receives signals from the flight controller or receiver. It decodes the command, determining the required motor speed. Internal power switches (MOSFETs) generate three-phase alternating current. This current is supplied to the windings of the brushless motor. The frequency and shape of the current determine the speed and torque of the shaft.
A key feature is the ability to handle very high currents. For this, powerful MOSFET transistors with minimal resistance are used. An efficient cooling system removes generated heat. This allows long-term operation at rated current without overheating. Your motor will receive the necessary power even at peak loads.
Technical characteristics and scope
The 75200 pro v2 is crisp and impressive. Continuous current is 200 amperes, peak current can reach 240A. Operating voltage 8-50V (2-12S LiPo). Supports Dshot1200, Oneshot42, Oneshot125, PWM protocols. Built-in BEC outputs 5V/5A or adjustable voltage (optional). The PWM frequency is adjustable for optimal operation with different motors.
The functionality includes intelligent operating algorithms. Smooth start prevents jerks and synchronization failures when turned on. Automatic gas calibration for compatibility with any transmitter. Possibility of changing the direction of rotation of the motor programmatically. Telemetry for current, temperature and revolutions via protocol. Configuring all parameters via a USB interface and proprietary software.
This controller is required for heavy and high performance models. For large cargo and filming multicopters (X8, heavy lift). For high-speed electric aircraft with a powerful power plant. For ground models (buggies, monsters) with high-torque engines. Any projects where standard ESCs cannot handle the current or voltage.
Installation and configuration require attention to detail. The controller must be securely mounted with good air access. Power wires must have a sufficient cross-section for high currents. It is imperative to use a capacitor bank to filter out interference. Connection to the motor with three wires of the appropriate cross-section. Setting parameters in the Flipsky program for a specific motor.
The controller is compatible with most brushless motors. It is important that the electrical parameters of the motor do not exceed the capabilities of the ESC. It is recommended to use it with motors consuming current up to 150-180A. For maximum reliability, it is better to have a current reserve. This will ensure long service life and stability in extreme conditions.
