Working principle and advanced technology

Junsi iCharger 208B is a microprocessor charger that operates from an external DC power supply. It takes energy from a power supply (purchased separately) and converts it to charge batteries with pinpoint precision. Synchronous rectification technology allows the device to achieve efficiency of up to 94%, which significantly reduces heat and energy loss compared to traditional linear chargers. This is especially important when dealing with high currents, as the device stays cooler and lasts longer.

The Regenerative Discharge function allows batteries to be discharged to storage voltage with a power of up to 100 W. Instead of simply dissipating energy as heat, the device can direct it back to an external power source or load. This is not only safe, but also effective, since the discharged energy is not wasted. For precise settings, the iCharger 208B has 20 memory locations to store different charge profiles.

Technical characteristics and functionality

The device allows monitoring and control from a computer via an optional USB adapter and LogView software. Built-in memory for 20 profiles allows you to save settings for different types of batteries, which saves time when switching between different models.
