Choose the industry standard - the MVM-AVIA 5.8 GHz video transmitter!

This is a universal FPV transmitter for racing and freestyle drones. The MVM-AVIA model operates in the most popular 5.8 GHz band. The device is compatible with any analog glasses and receivers. You get a clear and stable video signal on any route.

  • Full support for 40 channels including Raceband.

  • 600 milliwatts of power for confident flight in stadiums and parks.

  • Instant frequency selection with one button with LED indication.

  • Universal power supply 7–25 V with built-in stabilizer.

  • Compact die-cast housing 150×150×30 mm with anti-interference protection.

Technical characteristics and frequency plan

The MVM-AVIA video transmitter operates in the range 5645–5945 MHz. This is the standard 5.8 GHz spectrum for the FPV industry. The device supports 40 channels in five groups: A, B, E, F, R. Group R is a racing Raceband with eight frequencies. The grid pitch is the standard 25 megahertz.

Output power is adjustable in steps: 25, 200, 400, 600 milliwatts. The 25 mW mode is ideal for indoor training. The maximum power of 600 mW provides a range of up to 3-4 kilometers. A built-in harmonic filter suppresses interference at control frequencies.

Design and reliability

The transmitter is housed in an all-metal shielded housing. Dimensions 150x150x30 millimeters include a built-in antenna and radiator. The weight of the device is 50 grams. The aluminum housing effectively removes heat from the power amplifier.

Power is supplied from 7 to 25 volts DC. The built-in linear stabilizer provides clean power to the RF path. Current consumption at 600 mW does not exceed 250 milliamps. Reverse polarity protection prevents damage due to incorrect connection.

Compatibility and Control

The transmitter is compatible with any PAL and NTSC analog cameras. The video input is designed for a 1Vp-p 75 Ohm signal. Switching channels is done with one button on the case. The LED indicator displays the active channel number and power.

The built-in omnidirectional antenna has a gain of 2 dBi. The antenna structure is made of flexible steel cable. When impacted, the antenna bends but does not break. There is no external antenna connector for maximum reliability.

Applications in racing and freestyle

It is an ideal choice for mainstream FPV racing. The transmitter supports all Raceband frequencies accepted in international tournaments. You can easily find a free channel even with 30 simultaneous pilots. Frequency stability prevents signal loss when heated.

For freestyle, smooth power adjustment is available. In 25 mW mode, the drone flies in public gardens and playgrounds. The power of 600 mW allows you to go over kilometer distances. The video remains clear even behind thick treetops.
