Micro-servo drive for precise control in confined spaces

The NeebRC DSPOWER 2G servo drive is designed to operate in the voltage range of 3.7–4.2 V. At a voltage of 4.2 V, it develops a torque of up to 0.30 kgf cm. Rotation speed reaches 0.06 seconds per 60 degrees. The dimensions of the servo drive are only 16.7×8.2×17 mm. The weight of the device with wire and connector is 3.5 grams. Coreless motor ensures high efficiency and fast response.

Digital control guarantees precise positioning with a dead zone of no more than 4 µs. Plastic gears reduce weight and provide smooth operation. The rotation angle is 180° ± 10° with a mechanical limit of 360°. Housing made of durable ABS plastic. The length of the connecting wire is 150–200 mm. The connector is made according to the JR standard.

A special feature of the model is its versatility for ultra-light projects. The servo drive is ideal for micro-drones, ultra-light aircraft and robotics. The model provides pinpoint positioning accuracy using a PWM signal. Built-in electronic protection prevents overload and overheating.
