Design and optical capabilities

The ARTELV SCANNER 10×42 binoculars are made using a roof-shaped optical design (Roof), which makes the body compact, lightweight and comfortable for long-term wearing. Light passes through a 42mm objective lens, is refracted by a fully multi-coated BaK4 prism system, and enters the eyepieces.

The phase coating of the prisms prevents interference losses, and the dielectric coating increases the reflectivity to 99%. The result is high-contrast, natural and sharp images across the entire field of view. A field of view of 131 m by 1000 m allows you to quickly find and keep an object in your field of view, even when viewing handheld. The 4.2 mm exit pupil is optimal for daylight and comfortable for the eyes.

Protection according to the IP67 standard and nitrogen filling of the housing guarantee the operation of the binoculars in difficult weather conditions. You can use it in the rain, in high humidity, in dusty steppes or on the sea coast. Durable rubber body kit prevents slipping and softens impacts. Central focusing and independent adjustment on the right eyepiece (±4 diopters) allow you to individually adjust the sharpness. The interpupillary distance range (56-74mm) is suitable for any user.
