Operating principle and design
The Sunnysky X Series ESC regulator is an electronic device for controlling the rotation speed of brushless motors. It receives signals from the receiver or flight controller and converts them into voltage on the motor windings. The built-in microprocessor instantly processes the pilot's commands and ensures perfect rotation synchronization. For aircraft, a fixed speed governor mode is available, which stabilizes the speed when the load changes. For helicopters, special throttle curves and flight modes are implemented.
The device is equipped with a powerful built-in BEC voltage stabilizer. It produces a stable 5.6 or 7.4 volts with a current of up to 8 amperes. This is enough to power the flight controller, receiver and several servos. Built-in protection against overvoltage, overload, overheating, signal loss and low voltage ensure safe operation.
