Operating principle and key functions

The Sokkia iM-105L electronic total station combines a high-precision theodolite and a rangefinder. The built-in laser rangefinder measures distances based on the time of flight of the beam. Reflectorless mode allows you to measure distances to walls, trees and other objects without installing a prism. For long distances, prism measurement is used. Angles are measured using an electronic coding system with an accuracy of 5 seconds. The liquid two-axis compensator automatically corrects tilt errors of the device. An optical plummet (laser optional) ensures precise centering over the point.

A spotting scope with 30x magnification and illuminated reticle allows you to work in the twilight. The backlit graphic display and 28-key keyboard provide convenient operation. Data is saved to a USB flash drive or internal memory with 50,000 points. RS232C and USB Host interfaces for data transfer.
