Operating principle and superior design

The JX CLS6331 is a digital servo drive that converts the electrical signal from the receiver into precise mechanical movement. Its operation is based on a high-speed coreless engine, which, due to its design, has minimal rotor inertia and responds almost instantly to the pilot’s commands.

The digital control circuit processes high-frequency signals to ensure precise position retention without jerking or overshoot. The heavy-duty metal gearbox, made from precision anodized aluminum gears, efficiently transfers enormous torque from the motor to the output shaft, withstanding the extreme shock loads of hard drone landings.

Two precision ball bearings minimize backlash, ensuring precise positioning accuracy. The rugged CNC aluminum housing not only protects the internal electronics, but also acts as an effective heat sink to dissipate excess heat during extended periods of operation under load.

This servo is ideal for controlling the cargo release systems of heavy FPV drones, the rotating mechanisms of professional gimbals, and the control surfaces of large model aircraft and ground vehicles.
