Working principle and efficiency of N-Type TOPCon

The EcoFlow 45W solar panel uses the latest N-Type TOPCon monocrystalline solar cells that outperform standard PERC cells. TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) technology significantly reduces energy losses due to charge carrier recombination, which provides conversion efficiency of up to 25%. This means that the panel will consistently produce energy even in diffuse light, cloudy conditions or at non-optimal angles of incidence of sunlight.

The panel is equipped with two types of outputs for maximum versatility. The 15W USB-C port allows you to directly charge smartphones, tablets and drone batteries. The DC5521's 45W main output is designed to connect to portable charging stations such as the EcoFlow RIVER 2, RIVER 2 Pro and DELTA 2.

The kit also includes an adapter for the popular XT60 connector for compatibility with most modern power stations. A long cable of 1.5 meters allows you to conveniently place the panel in the sun, leaving the station in the shade.
