How does this powerful servo drive work?

The INJORA INJS022 servo drive is a standard size digital device. It converts the PWM signal (neutral 1500 µs, frequency 330 Hz) into mechanical movement of the output shaft. A dead zone of 4 µs ensures high positioning accuracy. The rotation angle is 180 degrees with a pulse range of 500-2500 µs, and the standard RC angle is 90-120 degrees. It is based on a powerful commutator motor (main motor).

Metal gearbox with 25-tooth output gear and two ball bearings ensure smoothness and reliability. The body is made of aluminum and plastic. Connecting wire length 300 mm (JR connector). Operating voltage 4.8–6 V. No-load current is not specified, but is typical for this class.
