The explosion-proof and waterproof model ensures crystal clear communications even in extreme situations. The radio station is available in two versions: the universal dual-band RK-4312-2D and the explosion-proof RK-4312 EX.
The radio station converts the voice into a radio signal and transmits it on the selected frequency. A powerful transmitter and high sensitivity of the receiver ensure stable communication even in conditions of interference. Built-in scrambler and compander improve sound quality by suppressing noise and distortion.
CTCSS and DCS codes create secure communication groups, cutting off extraneous signals. The VOX function allows you to negotiate without pressing a button, freeing your hands to work. A 10-second recording buffer allows you to re-listen to important remarks from your interlocutor.
Model RK-4312-2D operates in the ranges 136–174 MHz and 400–520 MHz. The transmitter power reaches 5 W in both bands. The number of channels is 2 banks of 128 channels. The receiver with a sensitivity of 0.18 µV picks up even weak signals. A 2300 mAh battery ensures long-lasting operation.
The USB Type-C connector allows you to charge the radio from any source. The IP68 protection class guarantees operation in the rain and after immersion in water. Dimensions are 124.5x63.8x37.3 mm, weight - 286 grams.
The explosion-proof version RK-4312 EX is certified according to the ATEX standard. It allows operation in hazardous areas: oil and gas facilities, chemical plants and flour mills. The maximum transmitter power for this version is 3.5 W, which meets safety requirements. The battery has a capacity of 2870 mAh.
