Sign in to order →For pilots flying long distances and in challenging environments, video signal reliability is an absolute priority. Diversity video receiver SKYZONE 1.2Ghz is a professional solution for long-range FPV flights. Operating in the low frequency range of 1.2-1.3 GHz, it provides high range and signal penetration. This receiver will be the backbone of your ground station for missions where standard 5.8 GHz can no longer cope. You can buy this key component for confident flights
Range 1.2-1.3 GHz for maximum range and ability to avoid obstacles.
True Diversity system with two independent receivers to select the best signal.
High sensitivity and noise immunity for a stable picture at a distance.
Fully compatible with 1.2 GHz transmitters and the Skyzone ecosystem.
Compact body and convenient mounting for a mobile ground station.
Diversity video receiver SKYZONE 1.2Ghz is a “smart” receiving device. Its body contains not one, but two completely independent radio receiving modules. Each module is connected to its own separate antenna. Most often these are antennas of different types, for example, one directional (patch) and one omnidirectional.
Both receivers simultaneously receive the same video signal from your drone. The built-in processor constantly analyzes the signal quality on each of them in real time. It compares parameters such as noise level and signal strength. The channel with the clearest and most stable image is instantly selected. The receiver switches between antennas automatically and unnoticed by the pilot. This ensures smooth, tear-free images even when the aircraft's orientation changes or there is interference.
The technical parameters of the receiver are optimized for long-distance flights. It operates in the frequency range of 1100-1300 MHz with support for 8 channels. The sensitivity of the receiver allows you to pick up a weak signal over a long distance. The device has a standard AV output for connecting to a display or input module in FPV goggles. Power is supplied from a 7-24V source, which is convenient for operation from a field battery.
This receiver is a specialized tool for specific tasks. It is indispensable for long-range research and survey flights. It is used when flying in wooded or hilly areas where penetration is needed. The system is ideal for FPV gliding and beyond-line-of-sight flights. It is also used in professional monitoring over large areas.
Requires a compatible 1.2 GHz video transmitter installed on the quadcopter to operate. Correct installation of the antennas on the receiver is critical. The directional antenna should be oriented in the direction the drone is flying. The omnidirectional antenna will provide reception during any maneuvers. Be sure to check local regulations regarding the use of the 1.2 GHz band in your area.
