How does the signal amplifier “Pathway Pro” work?

The device is an active directional antenna with a built-in amplifier. It connects to the control panel via standard antenna connectors. The amplifier receives a weak signal from the drone, increases its power to 4 W and transmits it to the remote control. In the opposite direction (from the remote control to the drone), the signal is also amplified. With a noise figure of less than 3 dB and minimal latency, you get clear video images and instant response to commands.

Operating frequencies of 2.4, 5.2 and 5.8 GHz cover all popular control and video transmission bands for DJI (Mavic, Phantom, Inspire) and Autel drones. Power is supplied from a built-in 3000 mAh battery (14–25 V) via the XT60 connector. The operating time depends on the load, but the capacity is enough for several hours of intense flights. The antenna body has a directional pattern (16 dB), which requires pointing at the drone, but gives maximum range.
