How does a brushless servo drive work?
The electronic regulator supplies voltage to the stator windings. The rotor with magnets rotates without brushes. A position sensor (potentiometer) monitors the angle. The microcontroller compares the reference with the current position. When there is divergence, the engine rotates the shaft. Two ball bearings ensure smooth operation.
