Operating principle and design
KST X10 Pro V8.0 is a standard size digital HV servo drive based on advanced coreless motor technology. Unlike traditional iron-core motors, a coreless motor has significantly lower rotor inertia, allowing it to accelerate and decelerate almost instantly, providing exceptional positioning accuracy. Digital technology guarantees higher angular resolution and faster and more accurate position holding compared to analogue servos .
The rugged, CNC-machined, aircraft-grade aluminum body not only adds rigidity to the structure, but also effectively conducts heat away from the engine and electronics . The hardened steel gearbox with two precision ball bearings minimizes backlash and guarantees durability even under heavy-duty conditions. The ability to program a “soft start” allows you to smoothly activate the mechanisms, protecting them from sudden jerks when turning on the power.
