Operating principle and design
The K-Power M1500 is a standard size analog servo drive powered by a brushed DC motor . Its operating principle is based on converting electrical signals from a receiver or flight controller into precise mechanical movement of the output shaft. Built-in electronics compare the current position of the shaft with the desired one and supply power to the motor until the desired position is reached. Featuring analog circuitry, the servo provides reliable and predictable control for a wide range of applications.
A key design feature is the use of metal gears in the gearbox. This solution dramatically increases the servo drive's resistance to shock loads that are inevitable during hard landings of drones and off-road driving. Two ball bearings on the output shaft minimize play, ensuring positioning accuracy even after long periods of use. The compact housing with dimensions of 40x20x37.5 mm allows the servo drive to be easily integrated into various designs.
