5 main advantages of servo drive
- Brushless motor. Provides exceptional durability, high efficiency and stable, maintenance-free operation. The absence of brushes eliminates wear and ensures consistent performance throughout its service life.
- High torque. The torque reaches 28 kg cm at a voltage of 7.4 V, and at 8.4 V - up to 35 kg cm. This is more than enough for confident control even in the most difficult conditions.
- Lightning speed. The turn speed is only 0.09 seconds per 60 degrees at 7.4 V. This reaction allows the pilot's commands to be processed instantly.
- Unique Steel Gears. Provide the highest strength and wear resistance, withstanding extreme loads.
- High resolution 12 bit (4096 steps). Guarantees exceptional positioning accuracy for perfect model control.
How does a high voltage brushless servo drive work?
The servo drive receives a control signal from the receiver in the form of a PWM pulse. The built-in microcontroller processes this signal and compares it with the current position of the shaft. When the discrepancy occurs, the controller supplies power to the brushless motor, which rotates the shaft through a precision gearbox with unique steel gears. Double ball bearings ensure smooth operation and minimize backlash. Thanks to its high resolution, the servo drive provides smooth and precise positioning.
