How does this high precision servo drive work?

9imod DSC55MG is a digital high voltage servo drive with magnetic feedback. Unlike traditional potentiometer models, this one uses a magnetic encoder. It senses the rotor position without contact, which completely eliminates mechanical wear and guarantees perfect repeatability throughout its service life. A PWM signal with a neutral position of 1500 µs is converted into a rotation angle of 180° or 270° (optional).

The default rotation direction is counterclockwise. The coreless motor has minimal inertia, which ensures instant start and braking. MOS drive (field effect transistors) increases efficiency and reduces heating. The case is sealed to IP67 standard, which protects the electronics from water and dust. The resource without load exceeds 600,000 cycles. Operating voltage 6–8.4 V (2S LiPo). Dimensions 40x20x40.5 mm, weight 78 g. Operating temperature range from -20 to +60 °C.
