-
64 independent detection zones. Allows flexible configuration of up to three warning levels for complex scenarios.
-
High light resistance. Works stably in ambient light brightness up to 80,000 lux.
-
Convenient integration and configuration. Equipped with a USB Type-C interface and has 6 discrete inputs for connecting to control systems.
Operating principle and technical capabilities
Akusense AS-33C is a single-line lidar designed for collision avoidance and navigation. An internal design with a high-speed rotating mirror directs the infrared laser (905 nm) in different directions. By measuring the return time of the reflected signal, the device builds an accurate map of obstacles on the plane.
Thanks to its high scanning frequency (25 Hz) and measurement accuracy (±2 cm over a range of up to 10 m), lidar effectively monitors dynamic changes in the environment. The rugged aluminum housing (IP65) protects electronics from dust and moisture, ensuring reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
Technical characteristics and areas of application
The AS-33C lidar will be an indispensable component for a wide range of applications. In unmanned aerial vehicles, it is used for safe navigation and obstacle avoidance. In industry, it is used for AGV loaders, service robots and security systems. The device supports up to 64 channels, each of which can be configured to three independent detection zones (for example, "attention", "warning" and "danger").
Low power consumption (less than 1 W in operating mode) and low weight (only 171 g) allow the sensor to be installed even on compact mobile platforms. Robust design and ease of configuration via software make the AS-33C an excellent choice for creating intelligent control systems.
