Operating principle and design features

BrotherHobby F1503 is a brushless motor with an external rotor. The configuration of 12 stator coils and 14 magnets (12N14P) ensures high torque and smooth operation. Kawasaki 0.2mm thick silicon steel stator reduces eddy current losses. Powerful N52H arc magnets create a strong magnetic field. NSK bearings with dimensions of 5x2x2.5 mm guarantee smooth rotation. The bell and base are made from 7075 aircraft grade aluminum for lightness and rigidity.

24AWG 160mm wires make installation easy. The motor is secured with four M2 screws with a pitch of 12x12 mm. Recommended ESC 10A, maximum power 58.4W. The motor is ideal for micro drones with 2-2.5" propellers and 2S batteries.
