They provide high reliability of the design. Scorpion starts with high quality aluminum alloy parts that are produced on the latest CNC milling machines. These parts are then gold plated to provide a beautiful, long lasting finish. The stators are a plate with a thickness of 0.2 mm. With them you will get minimal eddy current losses. The stators are coated with epoxy resin to prevent short circuits and are wrapped in wire that can withstand up to 180 degrees C (356 F). The magnets are rated to operate at 200 degrees Celsius (392 F). This makes the engine even more resistant to combustion.
