Advanced SCORPION Power System engine technology
Scorpion starts with high quality aluminum alloy parts that are produced on the latest CNC milling machines. These parts are then gold anodized to provide a beautiful and durable finish. The stators are made of plates 0.35 mm thick. This ensures maximum efficiency and minimal eddy current losses. The stators are epoxy coated and wire wound. This eliminates short circuits. The wire can withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees C (356 F). The magnets used in Scorpion Motors are designed to operate at 200 degrees Celsius (392 F). This engine is virtually impossible to burn out during normal use.
All Scorpion 40mm motors come with tinned power cables that are ready for your favorite connector, and include a complete hardware kit that contains a 4-screw back plate cross mount and a threaded shaft adapter.
