The FO-30 model is controlled via fiber optic cable over a distance of more than 30 km. Skywalker Technology also produces parts and accessories for its models. All products are made from durable, lightweight EPO material that is impact resistant.
This is a tailless flying wing with a pusher propeller. An electric motor turns the propeller at the rear. Wings create lift for long flights. The drone is launched from a hand or from a catapult. The autopilot guides the vehicle along the satellite route. Cameras and sensors collect data from the air. Landing is carried out by parachute or by gliding.
The X5 Pro v2 has a wingspan of 1260 mm. The fuselage length is 650 mm. Wing area is 48 square decimeters. Flight weight is in the range of 1800–2500 grams. The center of gravity is located 320–325 mm from the nose. Recommended engine class 2816 KV840 and 60 A regulator. Suitable 12G servos and 1060F propeller. 4S 5200mAh battery ensures long flights.
Inside the fuselage there is a slot for the SONY ILCE-QX1 camera and a compartment for a parachute. A separate place is reserved for GPS and video transmission module. Durable EPO material withstands repeated drops. Special wingtips reduce air resistance. This increases flight range and control accuracy. Modular design allows the wing to be disassembled for transport.
