Order a powerful microcomputer LILYGO T-Call A7670 ESP32 4G LTE for remote telemetry and control projects!
Get a compact, high-performance solution for creating communications systems with drones and IoT devices over long distances. The LILYGO T-Call A7670 board combines the popular ESP32 microcontroller and the modern 4G LTE modem A7670. It provides global cellular and data connectivity over 2G and 4G networks.
This is an ideal choice for building ground stations with a backup channel, monitoring and control systems where a reliable connection is required outside the Wi-Fi range.
-
Dual band wireless.Ā The built-in ESP32 provides Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.2, while the A7670 modem connects to 4G LTE Cat1 and 2G GSM networks worldwide.
-
High performance.Ā The ESP32 microcontroller with dual cores up to 240 MHz, 4 MB Flash and 8 MB PSRAM allows you to perform complex tasks and store dataĀ .
-
Easy to connect to cellular networks.Ā An integrated slot for a Nano SIM card and a connector for the GSM/LTE antenna ensure a quick start to working with the modem.
-
Universal I/O interfaces.Ā The board outputs multiple GPIOs with support for I2C, SPI, UART, CAN and PWM, and also has a TF memory cardĀ slot.
-
Power flexibility and portability. Supports 5V power via USB Type-C. It also works from a 18650 lithium-ion battery with a built-in charging circuit.
Operating principle and device architecture
The microcomputer is built on a 32-bit Espressif ESP32 microcontroller with Xtensa architecture. The main computing power is concentrated in the ESP32, which controls the device logic, processes data from sensors and is responsible for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communications. The A7670 modem on the board acts as a high-speed bridge. This allows you to send and receive data via 4G LTE Cat1 and 2G GSM cellular networks.
The device is ideal for creating compact telemetry terminals for drones. You can transmit coordinates, flight status or control commands over unlimited distances. The board is fully programmable via the Arduino IDE and supports all standard libraries for the ESP32.
