Working principle and advanced technology
The Maytech MT90A-SBEC-FP32 regulator is part of the Falcon-Pro 32bit series, designed specifically for high-performance aircraft models. The 32-bit ARM microcontroller processes high-resolution signals to provide precise and responsive throttle linearity, which is critical for aggressive freestyle and racing. The built-in SBEC (Switch Mode BEC) converts high battery voltage into the stable 5.5 volts needed to power the flight controller and peripherals, while being significantly more efficient than linear BECs.
Synchronous rectification technology allows for more efficient use of battery energy by minimizing losses on power switches. Regenerative braking converts the engine's rotational energy from throttle reduction back into electricity, recharging the battery and improving overall flight efficiency. The regulator automatically detects the input signal and has protection against loss of the gas signal, which guarantees safety in case of emergency situations. The maximum rotation speed reaches 300,000 rpm for bipolar motors.
