  • 8 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 32 GB eMMC. Fast system loading and comfortable work with large amounts of data.

  • Two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports. High-speed wired network for telemetry and video transmission without delays.

  • Neuroprocessor NPU 1 TOPS. Local acceleration of computer vision and artificial intelligence algorithms.

  • Expandability via M.2 and mini PCIe. Connection of 4G/5G modules, Wi‑Fi 6 and SSD for data storage.

  • Compact case with passive cooling. Stable operation in confined spaces without unnecessary noise.

Operating principle and key features

The RADXA E25 microcomputer operates as a complete system on a chip (SoC). It has a modular SoM + carrier board architecture. Rockchip RK3568 processor with four Cortex‑A55 cores at 2.0 GHz provides a balance of performance and energy efficiency. The built-in NPU accelerates the inference of neural networks through the RKNN Toolkit.

Two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports (Realtek RTL8125B) provide real throughput of about 2.2–2.3 Gbps.

>The M.2 Key B (SATA 2242) interface allows you to install an SSD for the system or logs, and mini PCIe allows you to add Wi‑Fi 5/6 modules or 4G/5G modems. The 26-pin GPIO connector with UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, PWM and ADC makes it possible to connect sensors, relays and actuators. The device runs Debian, Ubuntu Linux Server or OpenWRT.

Power is provided via USB Type‑C (5 V / 2–4 A) or via GPIO. The dimensions of the board with the radiator are 75x70 mm.

The RADXA E25 is ideal for creating high-performance drone ground control stations. And also for network gateways, industrial IoT controllers and compact NAS devices. With dual 2.5GbE ports and 4G/5G support, it provides reliable telemetry and real-time video transmission. Compact size and passive cooling allow it to be used in field conditions and on moving objects.
