Operating principle and design features
The Maytech MTSF160A-WP32 regulator works as an intelligent energy converter that controls powerful brushless motors. The device is based on a 32-bit microprocessor, which provides instant command processing and precise speed control. Thanks to the completely sealed housing, the regulator is protected from the penetration of water and dust, which allows it to be used in the most extreme conditions. Built-in BEC regulator with adjustable 6.0, 7.4 or 8.4 Volt output up to 8 amps reliably powers the flight controller and receiver.
The regulator is compatible with Maytech waterproof receivers, which display voltage, motor speed, current and temperature on the remote control screen. Parameters are configured through the Progcard32 programmer, which is connected to the ESC when powered by a battery voltage above 20 Volts. The user can adjust the brake type, motor timing, rotation direction, cut-off voltage and other parameters. After programming, the controller remembers the settings and is ready for operation.
